Return & Refund Policy

All signed book orders are final.
Each copy is signed, wrapped, and shipped with care — once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. These signed editions are exclusive collector’s items, not mass-market goods, and that means every sale is final.

No Refunds on Sale or Promotional Items

Promotions are fleeting for a reason. We’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments on purchases made before, during, or after a sale period. The price you see at checkout is the price secured for that moment in time.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order leaves our hands and is marked delivered by the courier, Autumn Archer Author Ltd holds no responsibility for missing or stolen packages.

If your parcel does not arrive as expected, please contact Parcel Force directly using your tracking number and delivery details so they can investigate further.

 

Order Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing from this store, you agree to reach out to us first — at hello@autumnarcher.com — before filing a chargeback.
Any fraudulent or unwarranted disputes will result in a permanent ban from future purchases, and all evidence will be submitted to defend the integrity of each transaction.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please email hello@autumnarcher.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Each case will be reviewed individually. Replacement or resolution will be determined at our discretion.
